  • I agree - the site would be much more accurate if it included calories burned during strength.
  • Stress levels can have affect your tummy's balance especially if you have IBS - you said that you have just moved to NZ so this could be part of the recent increase in your problem. Try yoga, massage, core conditioning (not sit-ups or crunches but muscle therapy) or deep breathing techniques. It worked for me :-)
