when that happens to me I eat nuts...I think it's the best choice. Oh and you can change the amount of protein for your daily goal by swiching to "custom" goal instead of "guided". I have mine set to 40/40/20 because that's what keeps me satiated...plus if you're athletic you'll need that extra protein.

Strange things start to happen when you push your body to the max. I've been having the same symptoms myself. It may be the pill, but I doubt it. Last time I trained for a 10k I skipped a period altogether, but I wasn't eating enough either. Maybe you should try eating more. (Training properly can be expensive)

Take comfort in the fact that there are so many others in your same shoes. Reading your post made me feel like I could definately relate. Just do the best you can. It sounds like you're being really hard on yourself. Don't give up! Just treat yourself right. Eat healthy and keep your heart, lungs and body funtioning as best you can. The best advice I ever got was that just because you don't see changes on the outside, doesn't mean they aren't going on…

You want it because you can't have it! Anyone on here can relate. Sometimes other foods can trigger a sugar craving, like sugar substitutes and salty or creamy foods. Find out what they are for you. The idea is to get your blood glucose in check to curb the need and you will need to balance it out the whole day. Find what…

Hi!!! You sound like a concerned husband that loves his wife. I have to tell you it can be frustrating if you try, try, try and don't lose. I have two peices of advice that can change her life. #1 Diet pop is a no-no. If it feels too good to be true it is! If she's truely committed she needs to eat like she wants her body…

CIRCUIT TRAINNING!!! It's my favorite! I feel the same way you do. I love the feeling of weight training, but cardio is so repetative and boaring for me too.
