Does the kind of sugar matter?
I was just womdering about sugar logging. Friend's of mine that are thin say they eat Kashi cereal and banans and different types of fruits and veggies, like red peppers and grapes which I know have a lot of sugar in them. I found using the notes at the bottom of the screen helps me understand what foods and workout plans make me feel/look the best. I figured out that more fat and calories in my diet and drinking A LOT of water makes me feel great and I've continued to lose weight.

Does anyone have a good cookie recipe that involves using Stevia as the sweetener? Or a good recipe with little sugar in it and whole wheat preferrably?
