Exactly this. I made a watermelon cake for my birthday this year, instead of a chocolate one. It used a full watermelon and a tub of fat free cool whip, covered in random berries. I ate SO much of it, and I still lost weight for the week. But I went to the bathroom a lot :)

This. Avocado's are a super food and the fat in them is great for your body - you just have to be mindful how much of it you eat. You can buy 100 calorie guacamole packs at the super market, and when my food diary count allows I use them on a lean burger for added flavor. :)
