  • Some people are uncomfortable with change, especially when other people change for the better. Your step dad is just trying to test you, prove him wrong and keep up your good work - nothing tastes as good as being happy with yourself feels!
  • Thank you all so much for your replies and encouragement. I am feeling very positive today but I am aiming to post something every day however I feel. I have just given myself a 30-day challenge to kick start, I'm going to mark a square off every day I stick to my programme. Best of luck to you all and thank you again!
