Finally got the scales to shift this week. Down a 1lb now 125lb. possibly more excited by the half inch loss from my waist and hips! No alcohol all week, I think has been the key for me. onwards and downwards!!! Keep up the amazing efforts guys!: happy:

I suffer from IBS and the only time i measure myself is 1st thing in the morning after going to the toilet and before eating/ drinking anything. This will give a true measurement. It took me ages to get up the courage to run outside as we live in a small village with lots of outdoorsy people. I still won't run on the main road but can now run round the village without feeling everyone is looking at me!

I set the treadmill to 9kmph. which is what I was advised to do by the gym trainer. they also advised the 1.5 incline to try and make it easier on the knees.
