Maybe give http://www.talon-eng.co.uk/product-type/sprockets/ a contact. they will make custom sprockets to order for a motorcycle so if you asked nicely could help. Worth a try?

Just remember Soy sauce has Gluten in it so you'll need GF Soy sauce.

So when you get your 'lunch break' in the middle of the night what do you do? Just sit there playing candy crush or do you have something to eat because its been hours and hours since you last ate and you need to the energy to continue to the end of your shift?
-
Why would you need a remedy for it? As long as you keep under your calorie goal for the day what does it matter if the source is from proper meals or snacking? Personally I eat maybe 50% of my daily calories from 'snacks' and the rest from my 3 meals.

Twice a year maybe depending on how much you ride.

Just fitted SRAM eTap to my road bike as an upgrade to ultegra mechanical. It's works apart imo. Just so much better. If my sales guy told me I could have had it for just $120 over mechanical I'd have ripped his arm off!! My GF has dura-ace di2 on her bike and it is also very very good. I especially like the self adjusting…

I'm not doing Star Wars but Myself and the OH were in Florida forThe Dopey Challenge in January and will be heading to DLP in september for the Half marathon weekend. Run Disney certainly know how to put on a good event
-
I log it whenever I have a weigh in sprung on me as I dont know when they are coming the OH decides when I should do it and then I cant plan my cheating
-
Yep it was. Free 5k runs organised all over the world every saturday morning. Did one on Xmas eve also which was far slower but way more fun as it was the GF's first proper run back from injury since around May time. Loved every minute of it with her.
-
Did the local Xmas Day Parkrun yesterday and scored myself an additional Xmas prezzie. 19mins32secs! First ever time under 20 mins!
-
Yep. Parkrun in the morning and then cycling the 10 miles to and from my GF's parents house.
-
I honestly have no idea but I would imagine it wasn't too bad. I logged my usual breakfast. Ran sub 20 mins for the first time ever on our traditional Xmas day Parkrun (5K) Cycled 10 miles to the GF's parents house for Xmas lunch inc a single portion Booze and nut free Xmas pudding and cream which was dished up before I…

Gentle 5.5 miles last night. Really starting to notice how the speed is coming up now the last few kgs are coming off.
-
After my weigh in Tuesday morning(93.3kg) my 'platinum' goal is to be 89.9 by Xmas day but my 'gold' goal is in the 90.X With the way it's been coming off the last few weeks it's doable but I need to be laser focussed and not slip up.

This is similar to what I do. I have a cake tin that gets stocked with bags of sweet snacks of all types. Every bag is measured to be approx 300 calories(always under never over). The ease of just putting a quick add 300 calories on my diary each day and then Just forget about it takes the temptation of forbidden food away…

They are planning on doing limited runs of a different design each time maybe once or twice a year. The actual Jerseys themselves are also really nice along with the rest of the range. LeCol is the Brand. Owned by Yanto Barker of the ONE pro Cycling team.

For me it's the general change in my clothing fit. I never expected to be okay with clothes touching let alone being tight against skin! Now I almost embrace the slim fit selections of clothing there is out there

Fair enough. From reading the comments I just assumed it was pretty sugary and therefore not exactly in keeping with the idea of not drinking your calories. For me personally I like my coffee with a splash of Semi-skimmed fresh milk. I used to add a sugar swell but not for about 2 years I think.
-
Why not just use milk instead of creamer? If you're happy with black coffee then fair enough I wonder why not use the obvious alternative to something that sounds like it's full of sugar( we don't really have Creamer in the UK as far as I know)

2016 was all about Speed! I've spent the last couple of years previous to 2016 chasing times over ironman and marathon distances. This year I was all about 5k and 10k times at the cost of all the endurance I had built up if necessary. I've gone from around 23.30 for 5k and 48mins for 10k down to 20.07 for 5k and 43.14 for…

Triathlete here. Only got a 70.3 planned for July next year at the moment but at some point i'll be upping my game to include some other races. As a Shift worker I very rarely need to do early pre-dawn runs so I tend to not miss too many sessions of running or cycling. Much like the majority of Age-groupers though I find…

Did a gentle-ish 10k this morning. https://www.strava.com/activities/794065311

Update: 2 surprise weigh in's now complete over what amounts to about 5 weeks. 5 Kgs down so far and other than a couple of days where I logged over my usual daily allowance its been really successful So if your someone who has a mid week sabotage and then tries to recover by the time the next weigh comes round, get your…

My Bike shop decided to get some custom Jerseys made up and they were really nice so decided to get one. I just happened to be in the shop when they arrived so ended up modelling the red one!
-
Chiltern League Cross country yesterday. 5.5 miles of torture racing for positions. Hate it and love it all at the same time!
-
This is exactly right. Your current mile time is realistically too slow to have a major benefit from sprint specific training and the load you'd be putting your body through while doing it is liable to start seeing you taking breaks due to niggles that need rest or maybe even something worse. Just keep running, drop more…

As an experienced cyclist I can assure you I know all about the importance of proper cycling attire however I have zero experience with firearms beyond an afternoon of clay pigeon shooting and playing around with pellet rifles as a teenager hence the questions
-
Fair enough. Thanks for answering I wish it didn't get so cold here that we could get away with thin winter gloves but i'm in full heavy duty thermal gloves as the temps are dropping past freezing rapidly.
