As of June 1, I'm holding steady at 140. Sorry for the late response,

Ugh- I know what you mean. 1 natural delivery followed by 4 c-sections (1 that they butchered me) has left the stubborn fold that everyone tells me will be very hard or impossible to lose. BUT as I have lost and toned, that flap has lifted a little higher, making it easier to work the surrounding muscles. I have arthritis…

I have seen a lot of people post that if you don't eat enough calories, the weight will come off slowly, or not at all. I generally eat less than the 1200 calorie a day goal that it gives me, regardless of how much I walk off. I have lost 5 pounds in about 3 weeks. And I have been slacking on the work outs the last week…

I think it's normal. My husband has a super fast metabolism. He is 5'7"-5'8" and 115 pounds. We calculated one day how many calories he eats in the average day. Over 5000. I rarely go over 1200, and 115 is my goal weight. Yeah sometimes it gets frustrating, and sometimes, I may get a little jealous lol, but everyone is…

I'm the same way. I wear t-shirts, but I won't wear tank tops or shorts out of the house at all. I would rather sweat than have people be able to see something... unflattering.

Feel free to add me.

I am 142.5 pounds, 5'4" and currently wearing a size 7.

Sorry people are mean. I haven't been on MFP long and I am looking for friends, you can add me if you want.
-
I'm lucky to go twice a week. I think it's part of my weight problem.

I've been here on MFP for a few weeks now. Logging what I eat is really helping. I would love some new friends on this journey and all are welcome to add me. I think we will all have better luck with friends who are supportive and know the struggles.

Good luck.

Hi Moms! My name is Ryan. I am a mom of 5 kids (oldest is 15, youngest is 5). I have struggled with weight loss for most of my life. I started off a skinny kid, became chubby and then blew up. After suffering a big period of stress combined with 400+ blood sugar levels, almost 2 years ago, my body suddenly shed pounds. I…

I'd like some new friends too. Anyone can feel free to add me.

I'm about 5'4" and 145 pounds. It depends on the cut of jeans, but I am generally a juniors 7. Although I can occasionally squeeze into a 5.
