1200 not easy keeping it there. Try to exercise in case I go over. Which is most days. I sit most of the day behind a desk and I think I have it set in 1.5 to 2 lbs a week to lose.

Hi I'm Marsha I have 50 lbs to lose. I'm getting a little discouraged I quite drinking beer for the month of September and I only lost 2 lbs. I know 2 lbs is better than none. I fell off the wagon the past couple of days not drinking beer but eating too much. I'm back on track tomorrow.

Hi Nikki, I've been here several months now but just got serious. Do you have your Hypothyroidism under control or are you/drs still trying to figure it out. My mom and sis have to take meds for it & sometimes they may have to up or lower there meds.

Having dinner ready soon after you get home is an awesome start. It's all about planning. Maybe there is somewhere you may can refill your water bottle. Try to get in 16 oz before you leave and when you get back.
