True, but I drink them for more protein. The older you get the more protein you need, so my friends Dr. told her that. I've never had a Dr. tell me. Mine are usually for a snack and not a meal.

I think you may can go somewhere here on MFP and find people in your area. I did it once but I'm in such a rural area in VA that the closest person was 30 miles away. I wish I did live near you or a gym as far as that goes. I will post on your page daily to see how you are doing hope we can motivate each other.

I cut carbs, no bread, rice, or potatoes. If you just love those foods you may find it hard but I didn't even miss it. I try to stay below 100 g of carbs. Yes my PCP wants mine under 200 as well. It's good information here. I lost 20 last year went to the Dr. in January and my total cholesterol was 240. Mine is open for my friends, but if I have messed up my whole day I won't complete my food diary. I sometimes think it may make me want to lie (I know that only hurts me) Just saying, if I eat a lot I may not log it all because I don't want someone to see how much of a pig I have been.

Well I try to cook on Sunday for my week it does make things a lot easier. I'm following the eating plan of the 21 day fix. Just can't seem to get back in to the exercise part.

You do look great, we are never happy with our weight. I would strive for 160 as well. Any smaller you will look too skinny and will more than likely not stay there. Just my opinion.
