Update! I've lost a total of 22.7 pounds (10.3) kgs! Basically 11 after the gallbladder surgery and 11 from intermittent fasting so far. Which I'm loving and am finding easy!

Hello! I'm not actively TTC, but I want to lose weight before having another child so this is really my motivation if that makes sense. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16. I now have two kids already and after my second was born started gaining like crazy-- and I wasn't at an optimal weight to begin with. I got to my largest…

I've lost another pound! That's 5 pounds lost in 2 weeks of intermittent fasting (I'd lost 11 pounds before starting IF).Total of 7.5 kgs down.

Hello! This is my check-in. I've lost a total 15.8 pounds (7 kgs) since my gallbladder removal surgery!

My lowest weight ever was 219. I think I'd be very happy around 180, but honestly I'd be glad to get back to 219. I had had a goal of 165 in the past, but I don't know what it'd look or feel like. I have very large bones, wide hips, broad shoulders, and I have always looked like I weight less than I do-- when people have…

If you want to get it in food, you could do egg whites. When I was running regularly I'd have a banana before I left to give me a jump start and potassium to prevent muscle cramps and then eggs when I got home afterwards which helped my muscles repair and build back up and my leg muscles grew very fast that way. Not saying…

Yep! Baby #2 is 2 months today and I want to get back at it.

Long term: aiming for 175 pounds and 28 inch waist. I think these are both realistic for my body. Short term: lose the weight recently gained on vacation! After that get to weight I was when I conceived my baby. After that get to my lowest ever adult weight. After that get to "one-derland" (which I have never seen as an…

I'm still not near my healthy bmi range, but for now basically I looked at the highest healthiest BMI for my height, and then subtracted 10 pounds to give me a buffer, since no one stays static in their weight, that would let me be able to slide without leaving it... That being said I'm very large framed and have a long…

Looking for a buddy is why I came to the forum today. :)

So you just exercise some form of exercise for 100 days? Okay, sounds good.

I'm 13 months post partum and am just feeling motivated again. I was actively losing weight when I surprise conceived. Right now I'm 6 pounds heavier than when I actually conceived, but 15 pounds heavier than when I found out I was pregnant. I actually lost all the baby weight in the first 6 weeks after birth, but then…

Hey all! I lost 45 pounds before finding out I was pregnant and then stopped being on MFP during my pregnancy. Now I'm back. I've already lost the baby weight plus 11 pounds, but I still have 72 pounds to go! I'm 28 and 5' 7" Starting weight: 278 Current weight: 221.8 Goal weight: 150

That's great that the weight came off easily for you! That probably means your hormones are not that imbalanced (comparative to other women with PCOS). I'm 27 now and was diagnosed when I was 16, so I have seen times in my life where no amount of dieting or working out defeated the hormones keeping it on, and other times…

It probably depends on how often it happens. My current goal is 1310, and so I just have to be 111 calories under to be under 1200-- so I don't worry about it. And there are people who practice intermittent fasting like the 5:2 diet who are eating 500-600 calories two days a week, and more like 2000 other days of the week.…

I was doing it with a friend and she got hurt. Not from the Shred. She got a bruised rib by accident and so it's too painful for her to workout right now (she's walking though) but she's projecting she'll be better by next Monday, so I've decided to restart the shred then so we can do it together. And the truth is, I'm…

Hi, I live near Delhi. I am not Indian, I'm an American, but I'm married to an Indian! I'm 27 and have already lost 43 pounds (about 19 kilos).. I still have 85 pounds (38 kilos) to go though!

I'm taking a multi-vitamin, and if I forget to take it for a few days I feel it. Like I start feeling like crap. So that leads me to believe I have some deficiencies. I'm not totally sure what they are, but I'm positive B-12 is one of them because of some of my health conditions, doing research I've found "a lot of people…

Okay, so obviously I'm way late, but... Last Week's Weight: 238 Today's Weight (October 1st): 235.2 So I'm down over two and a half pounds! I just changed my calorie adjustment so I'm set for losing 2 pounds a week, plus I started the 30 Day Shred. I'm going to do this! :)

I just did day one and it was great! I've decided this is my October challenge.

Sounds like you're like me and everyone else here.... Fun part is I was actually wondering about it myself, because like I hadn't seen my last "new low" that I recorded for a few days and then today I there again and I was like "whew, I didn't make that up" haha. But as long as you're not having serious gain, I wouldn't…

Just joined the challenge, but I think I know roughly what I weighed last week: SW: 240 CW: 238 2 pounds down. (by the way, I also have PCOS!)

I'd be happy to make some friends with this kind of goals in mind! I moved to India last year (II'm American) and I have a friend coming for Thanksgiving (she's coming in mid-November) who won't have seen me in around a year and I'm really hoping to kick up weight loss between now and then so that I can have a "wow! look…
