I'm going to try for 60 again this month. I only got to 47 miles for May so I'm hoping I can make it this month!!

I finished with 47 miles with a goal of 60. I think I did pretty good because I just started walking a lot this month. I hope everyone was able to meet their goals this month!!

I started this a week ago and I use 3lb weights for most of the moves and 5 lbs for the easier moves. Its starting to get a little easier, but I feel good with the 3lb weights right now. I would say try it with the lower weights and see how you feel then work your way up from there.

Hi, I'm Angie and I'm hoping to lose about 20-25 lbs by halloween. I'm 5'3" and 150lbs. I'm hoping to get to around 125-130.

I took a couple days off due to a migraine, but here are my measurements: CW: 150 GW: 125-130 Waist: 30.5 Hips: 41 Thighs: 24.75 Arm: 12.25 I hope to lose 20-25 lbs by halloween.

I'm at 45 miles yet. I don't think I'll reach my goal of 60 miles. I had to take a couple days off due to a huge migraine. I'm still going to try to get as many miles as I can so I might get to 50 which is still pretty great for me!

The videos on youtube are the same as the DVD. There are 3 levels (each level is a separate video on youtube). Its designed so you do each level for 10 days. I personally make sure I take a rest day, especially when I know my body needs it.

I'm with you! I'm trying to lose 20-25lbs. I started walking/jogging and just started the 30 Day Shred. I'm hoping to lose at least 10-15 by August. So far, its a slow start, but I'm confident if I keep it up I'll get there.

Woohoo! I was only going to walk 3 miles today and ended walking 4! So now I'm at 41 miles with 19 to go!! I hope everyone is reaching there goals this month!!

You have to give your body 1-2 rest days to recover. You don't need to push yourself too hard either. I started off with just walking 30 min each day and then increased it slowly. Now, I go for 45-60min and I just started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I did 2 days of the shred and had to take a rest day to let my muscles…

I'll be doing Day 3 either tonight or tomorrow depending on how I feel. I used a bit heavier weights and now my chest muscles are killing!! I might give myself a day to get over it. It must be nice to have your husband do it with you so you have extra motivation and support. Good luck!

Walked 2 miles today! My total is at 31 miles which means I passed the halfway point of my goal!! I'm really going to have to kick it up a notch to reach 60 miles.

Got another 3 miles in today! That brings my total up to 29 miles which leaves 31 to reach my goal of 60 miles this month!! I think I can do it!!
