Question-Need opinions plz!

I just you tubed the 30DS level one and think I would like to try it, but what sized weights should I use? A 3 lb, a 5 lb? Any feed back would be great! Thanks y'all!

    I started this a week ago and I use 3lb weights for most of the moves and 5 lbs for the easier moves. Its starting to get a little easier, but I feel good with the 3lb weights right now. I would say try it with the lower weights and see how you feel then work your way up from there.

    I use 5 lbs but have to sometimes switch up to 3 for the harder moves.

    start with 3lb weights, once they become easy move them to 5lb's.
    or if you already are kinda strong in the arms try for the 5lb's!
