  • I'm down 10.2 pounds since Jan 25th. Im excited, it doesn't even feel like a diet.
  • I was just wondering the same thing. They have a Men's Health magazine at the Dr's office i was looking through that and it looks pretty full of information. I'm considering getting a subscription.
  • I'm in as well. I'm trying to lose 20 more pounds before June 1st. I just started this last week things are going well so far. Mainly watching my caloric intake. I've found i'm not eating near as much as i use to.
  • If you are working out that much you are probably putting on muscle AND burning some fat. Are you measuring? That might be where you see the most improvement. Try that and see if you see results. Just thinking out loud. My wife has the same problem as you.
