  • week six, day 1 of c25k finally done! Week's half over already :(
  • Made it through my first 20 minute straight run! It took me longer than 20 minutes but I didn't stop. Now if I could just get on board with the shredding!
  • I got the rundouble app. It's free for two weeks and then 1.60 but it has 5k, 10k, all the way to marathon on it. You can import playlists too. The only problem I've had is during 2 runs it updated and I lost my info for those runs.

  • week 5 day 2 done. next one is the big one!
  • I feel like this is all I comment on! Probably because it's the only thing I'm doing right now  I love it! Just finished week five day one. So far I am keeping up and haven't had to repeat any weeks but tuesday is the 8 minute running intervals so we will see...still can't imagine the 20 minute full run but I have…
  • Tomorrow I will be starting week 5 day 1! The only advice I would give is take it slow and follow the program. You really do build up stamina and strength as the weeks progress. I'm enjoying it and can't wait to be able to run for 30 minutes straight.
  • Thanks! It isn't easy but it helps to have a cheer squad! :drinker: Just keep telling yourself one day at a time and it's only 20 minutes (for now!)
  • It's taken me all week to recover from shred day one/level one  today is week 4 day 3 of c25k and i need to stop mfp-'ing and go do it!
  • I did shred day one level one yesterday and I'm on week 4 day one of c25k. Would love to follow along with you guys! Shred kicked my butt!
  • My first day of c25k was run in the rain. It made me feel like a hardcore athlete :blushing:
  • I want to be strong enough to make it through the next 3 years. Will be entering and finishing nursing school while working full-time and I'm terrified of feeling like crap the whole time!
  • You might like the couch to 5k program. It starts you out walking and jogging at intervals like that and by the end of the program you can run for 30 minutes straight. Sounds like you are doing something similar so you might like the structure! I've been doing it for 3 weeks and I still feel like that. Good luck!
  • I love a challenge! Name: Jennefer Current Weight: 173 Goal Weight: 165 What would you like to accomplish in 90 days: finish c25k, start and finish 30 day shred, make my goal weight plus whatever else I can lose! Will definitely post pics
  • This is the first time I've ever posted anything but I feel for you! I have a problem with emotional eating too and just went through a super-stressful period. I don't have the answer but what "helps" me is to eat as much as I want/can of healthy stuff. Starting with a lot of salad or several pieces of fruit or some…
