I do 1200 cals and then eat back exercise call which is between 200-300. I still seem to eat tones and never really feel hungry. When I do feel hungry I eat! Feel free to look at my diary! I am losing at a nice steady rate. Though now I am doing more strength training I am thinking of upping my base allowance!

I have also just started using weights (after lots of research into technique). I have a set of 2kg and a set of 4kg. Atm the 2kg for my arms is really heavy, but hopefully it wnt take long to use the 4kg ones!!

The girls who are plus s I've models are not that large, they are just curvy. They are certainly " making it ok to be fat " . You could say the same thing about the usual size models....

When i am skint....which is alot.....I buy a big bag of potatoes, which can be jackets, boiled, or even wedges....beans and some meat thats on offer. I also freeze meat some times, so during the hard times I can still eat protein lol. Also make larger portions of thing and freeze some of it for anouther time. I live off…

At 1200 cals I should lose 1.1lbs a week! I have to be honest and say that it does leave me weak after and during workouts. I am planning to increase to 1300 and eat my exercise cals to see if this helps!

I tried weightwatchers and thought the same thing. I still use some of their products though, like the pita breads! I think portion control is hard but once I got some scales it became obvious I was eating far too much. I just weigh thing now so I can track accurately. I will add u!

I am on 1200 cals And generally never struggle to eat them all. I occasionally go over on carbs ect but feel free too add me to see my plans!
