I have had the same problem with changing macro % on desktop website. I managed to change it on my mobile app though. I emailed them and they said they are trying to work on a fix !

I make my own. So I do glutes twice a week and use the following exercises. - lunges - squats - Deadlift - -Bulgarian split squats - rope pull through or straight leg deadlift - Barbell hip thrusts

0% fat greek yoghurt and mix protein power in there. You can make it in the flavor you like then!!!

Not all meat is high in fat. Eat lean protein like chicken, turkey, lean mince and certain fish. Also you can eat just the egg whites if you are concerned about the fat in the yolk. I eat around 40% carbs and found I had to reduce my fruit intake and just ear veg to balance it out!!!

Its all about the planning ahead!! I make all of my lunch for the week on Sunday. Make yourself enough food to last your 3 12 hour shifts so you are not tempted by naughty choices. You can do it, it just takes a little prep :)

Mine was £15 and has lasted over a year and I have used it 2 times a day. It blends really well. Think mines like Breville or something. Interesting to see what people suggest in the higher price bracket though!

I have heard its good to mix things up. But you can mix things up just using the rowing machine. You could do interval training and steady state. You could even throw in some body weight exercises afterwards :) x

I feel more of an effect after deadlifts than I do with any other exercise. I have just put it down to it being an exercise that gets the heart pumping more and works alot of body parts. I wouldn't say I felt dizzy though, maybe slightly lightheaded for about a minute, sometimes sicky if I had gone for a PB :). Like…

Maybe its more an issue of timing. I try save some calories for before bedtime so I don't wake up hungry- nothing heavy though. I got this alot when I first started out, see if it will help :).
