I think the doc said that because that is the first port of call so i don't think its being dismissive. I wear makeup on VERY special occasions! I'm too lazy the rest of the time. I haver had a problem picking up guys! Just be confident!

I always use almond milk! If there is a difference in protein I sure make up for it with the other foods I eat. I think the texture is much more luxurious and smooth compared to skimmed milk and it has a lovely flavor. It is also lower in cals so I can afford to have a bit more cereal aswell!

I have lost weight twice in the past and i always seem to settle at 9 1/2 stone. But Maybe that was more me being happy with that weight and not pushing for more weight loss.

Well for me .... my shopping bill has gone down. I eat alot less and eat aloooot less takeaways. I could easily spend £60 a week, now its more like £30.

i ALWAYS track my food intake. I like the feedback on my diary and I feel it leaves me accountable, which really works for me!!

If it working for you...and it makes you happy....why not!! I always have a big bar of dark choc in my draw at work. This way if I get craving i pop in a square and it stops me buying chocolate. I have only needed 4 squares in the last 3 weeks!!

Banana - for morning break tuna salad wrap and french frie (crisps) for lunch Boiled egg, vegatable sticks and a cereal bar for afternoon break Only lunch varies. I like to take soup!!

I sorted of started like that, where id look at myself after each workout expecting a change. Its aaaaall about the patience!! I am sure MFP will work for you if you are honest and stick to the plan!!

Maybe if you were larger you could lose weight on a decent cal intake. Maybe you would have to eat less than 1200 cals to achieve 2ils a week which is too low IMO.

I actually do not get any more cravings than usual during PMS. But maybe I'm just a little different!! I just use a little bit of peanut butter and that usual gets rid of the cravings!!

Well I was a sufferer of daily tension type headache with at least 3-4 migraines a week. I then took a course of amitryptaline and now headaches are rare. I also think diet and exercise have helped me. I don't tend to get ill in any other way. X
