You guys are great! I'm so glad I found these posts! I'm 5' 7.5". I started this journey last year at 209 lbs. I'm currently at 181 lbs. My goal by the end of this year is 140 - 145 lbs. So that sounds realistic to me after reading all these posts! Yay!

Friday August 12.2011 Calorie Goal: 1200 Under Calories: Yes 64Oz Water: Yes Exercise Challenge: Did Globe Jumps, Jumping Jacks, and Stepped up on a kitchen chair 100 times for my stairs. It was all I could think of and yes it was hard! I rode my bike for 3 miles of my 12 so I'm at 11/12 for the 100 mile challenge!
