I buy the little 100 cal snacks and eat those or cin. applesauce or yogurt. I still eat regular sweets (cake) about once a month or so. I refuse to quit eating sweets...I love them too much. I have lost 26 pounds keeping sweets in my diet!

I have a question. I stepped on a toothpick a week and a half ago and it got lodged about a quarter of the way in my foot. I weigh in every day too. I've noticed that my lightest weight of the day is right before lunch without clothes. I log my weight once a week. I think it is interesting to see how much I gain or lose during the day.

Starting weight August 1.....185.6 Today's weight August 7.....183.0 2.6 pound weight loss! I will volunteer to walk an extra 12 miles next week. I can do an extra 2 miles per day!!!!!

You really need to eat your exercise calories.....at least 75% of them. If you don't eat them on a regular basis you will be able to tell. You won't lose as much as you should and your body won't feel as strong as it should.

I don't agree with that diet. I mean anybody can lose weight eating only 500 calories a day....If you don't believe me then try it. Your body actually needs way more calories than that to sustain itself. You also need to exercise and on the HGC diet you can't. Does any diet that says don't exercise sound like a good one? I…

Make sure that you are eating all your calories, even at least 75% of your exercise calories. Take your measurements....arms, hips, chest, stomach, legs. I weigh 186 and my net calories are 1200 but with exercise calories added in I usually eat 1600-1700 calories a day. And I don't always eat healthy stuff either. I'm not…

MFP has worked great for me. My net calories are 1200. I usually eat way more than that though because I eat at least 75% of my exercise calories. I lose weight every week as long as I log my food on here and I actually do my exercising. I love it....I do want a HRM though so I can see how it compares!

I drink about 80oz of water a day too. I also weigh myself everyday but only log every few days or once a week or so. Stick with it, the weight will start coming off. Have you taken your measurements.....sometimes when you aren't losing on the scale you are losing on the tape measure!
