  • I was just diagnosed and am on the same medicine. My mother in law has severe lupus and was on this medicine for a very long time until her disease progressed. I am told I have a mild case so I am hoping this medicine works as well. What symptoms do you currently have? I feel like I have many of the symptoms right now and…

  • I have been there as well, in fact it use to start before Christmas and end when I could go outside; for me was the WEATHER and still is! You live in PA (I'm in Ohio) we get the cold weather where we don't feel we can do anything. First thing I will tell you is that if you are not currently taking Vitamin D, get some.…
  • I had a Pentax SLR in high school over 23 years ago (long time ago) after that I had a point ant shoot until I remarried and got a mid range Nikon P90 (old) When that camera wouldn't focus anymore everyone told me to go back to dslr and I bought a D5000. I still have it, and now it is not working properly either :( I've…
  • AMAZING Transformation! You look terrific! If you can do that, I'm certain you will reach your goal!!
  • Great Job! The difference is really amazing
  • Just a question, are you still eating foods with added sugar? I'm not talking about fruits and other items that naturally have sugar, but even those foods we thing are "diet" foods can hang on to the weight longer. I am a very big believer in the "beyond diet" lifestyle change. Not only do I look better, but I FEEL 100%…
  • sign up for beyond diet, then hand her a list of what you can have (they have it available to print) I'm sure she's trying to be helpful...unless you missed a hint for a great Christmas present...then maybe it's payback :D
  • Ok, breast feeding makes sense, before kids I WAS smaller yet and the glandular tissue makes sense as well. I WAS a C/D and after only 10 lbs lost really now barely a C! After my 3rd child I was barely a B. I don't like how I look now, but one thing that bothers me about my skinny self is that I have the long torso so I…
  • At one time in my life, I would have totally tried it! But yeah, omg Gross!
  • GRN: Green, my fav color Queen: I'm the queen of this castle aka my house :)
  • I purchased Beyond diet last week. I had to adjust my shopping but I really do feel better after eating. I cut out added sugar and soda the beginning of this year lost 9 lbs in one week. I have lost another pound since starting the program. It is based on your body and what your body metabolizes best, and it is also about…
  • Congrats! You look GREAT!
  • I recommend them, especially if you live where it is cold 1/2 the year. Maintaining a healthy level of vitamins in your body at any age will reduce pain, swelling, and even illness. Magnesium keeps your nerves healthy, and low vitamin D can cause lower back pain. I could go on, but I find vitamins very important even if…
  • Yes, all the time. My youngest is 13 and I get asked all the time. My husband, however, looks far more pregnant than I and tells everyone he's having a dinosaur. I did tell a friend congrats only to find that she had a huge 12 lbs tumor, THAT was embarrassing and I will never do it again!
  • I have some, and wow, I never thought about displaying them but I think they would look great in my studio. Thanks for the inspiration!
  • Well, I restarted at 232 on Jan. 1, 2013. Honestly, I wasn't sure this was going to work so I never set a goal. So as of 1/4/13 I'm 7 lbs lighter. My doctor predicted this but I sure didn't so I'm not setting a goal date just have my goal weight of 130 and some mini goals, like under 200, weighing what my license says and…
  • The difference between your before and your current is just amazing! You are doing well! Keep it up :)
  • As of today I have lost 7 lbs since 1/1/12. Here is the thing though, I am Gluten sensitive so I eat like I'm on the Adkins diet anyway. I just stopped drinking soda's and using added sugar on the first. My doctor says the first 20-40lbs could be this fast but I shouldn't expect it all to go this easy. I started at 102 lbs…
  • Wow, awesome job! Keep it going!
  • As long as you have butter that is all natural for you it is better for you then the supposed healthy butter substitutes. The problem with many butters is that it has tons of additives, get a natural butter and it will be the best.
  • I've been researching the low sugar diets for awhile, but what many people don't realize is that your carbs turn into sugar. Natural Sugars are ok, but substitute sugars are just as bad. Check out the Beyond Diet site, no pills, no calories to count, I love it!
  • My "Friday before Christmas" Wedding :) This is the reason I want to lose weight, so I can keep up with my clients ;) I can't get the picture to imbed so here is a link to my Flickr page :) http://www.flickr.com/photos/expressive52toyou/8339796824/in/photostream/lightbox/
  • Yes, I'm starting over. I wanted to wait until after the holidays but now now, 12lbs heavier, wish would have started over in September. I'm doing without sugar this time and learning to eat healthy instead of some fad diet.
  • Congrats! You Look Beautiful! I hope to follow in your footsteps :)
  • I get like that from Latex, is there Latex in the band or on the monitor?
  • I'm not trying to cut it totally out, I use to drink too much pop/soda, in fact that was ALL I drank. I think one to two glasses a day is fine, just not the more than 2 liters I was drinking in a day. I am glad I cut it at night thought, I don't have to wake up to use the bathroom, just sleep away. I can't do tea as it…
  • Well my driver license weight is goal #2 :) First is getting under 200 lbs :)
  • Congrats! Like so many other, I can't wait to reach that stage !
  • While at your classes, try closing your eyes and looking for "the new you" waiting to come out :) I works for me :)
