From what I hear your body needs "good carbs" for exercise. I didnt give them up I'm just careful and try not to eat them at every meal! :smile:

I started it yesterday! I log as circut training as well. I really hope the 20 minutes a day really will make a difference! Good luck with it :happy:

My body is way differen too. Lots of sag in the tummy area :-) I'm looking to lose the last 20lbs that I have been lazy about. I guess I do not expect to be what I was before my girls, I just want to feel better about my body.

I gained 50with both my pregnancies bth girls weighed in at 7lbs 12oz and 7lbs 10oz. I used my prenancy to eat what I wanted :-( good luck! I'm here to lose the ast 20lbs.. and Looking for weight loss buddies :-)

Amazing story! I myself am I little scared to start an at home work out program (in fear I will not keep up with it). Do you recom. anything one program that can help me get started? think with being on mfp I will hold myself accountable. The gym is sometimes hard to get too since they have limited childcare services.…

I know the feeling! Some days I look in the mirror and I do not think I look that bad, then I see a picture of myself from "that day" who was I kidding lol Ugh :embarassed:
