30 day shred

what should i track this as? i did the 30 day shred...day one today...man did it kick my butt!

    I do the same although my cal burn according to my HRM is closer to 300 cals. I'm 5ft 9.5 and 155 lbs.

    i too am currently "shredding it" i did day 7 today. it does get easier. i try to get up and do it in the morning so it is over and done with. i think i am gonna try level 2 tomorrow. it totally kicks my butt in a short time. i too log it as circuit training
  • i just got 3 lb weights...boy am i glad i didnt get 5 lb weights!! HAHA

    I started it yesterday! I log as circut training as well. I really hope the 20 minutes a day really will make a difference!

  • I started it today, and man am I out of shape. I didn't get all the way through it.... Here is hoping for a better go at it tomorrow..

  • i had to do the modified version...i made it all the way thru but now as im typing this my arms are shaking...and my legs are a little rubbery...lol but i did it!!!!!!!!!!! and i know that if i can do it yall can!
