Rice cakes certainly aren't impressive in the nutrition department, but they're not a bad snack option if used as a substitute for chips and cookies.

I've lost 12 pounds......I lost 4 in the first 2 weeks, the rest was a bit slower

My mom does that shakes and has done them religiously for years. Coupled with exercise and diet she has lost about 30 lbs. I tried it before but I don't think it does anything special so I didn't stick with it.
