I honestly think becoming dependent on weight-loss supplements can hold you back I would recommend just maintaining healthy eating and exercise habits

That's just my opinion and in my experience with such supplements your body becomes co dependent I would think

Don't waste your money. It's obviously a gimmick. It sounds like a porn star name but I bet it's not as fun!

See I started taking supplements prior to joining then if I missed a dose or a day it seemed weight came on easier then if I had done it naturally

I've been using it for a week now, along with a 1200 calorie per day diet and light exercise, and I've noticed a difference. I think it helps with cravings/control and reduces my appetite. While I'd prefer to not have to use a supplement, it seems to be the kick-start I needed. I'll probably use it for a couple of months and then slowly taper off. Of note, it's important to take it 30-60 minutes before each meal (3x/day).

Garcinia Cambogia can work. I did some research and there's some pretty good studies that show it is effective. But you have to do your part. You need to eat right and excercise and keep a good attitude. It's only and aid. I started on it after seeing the oz show and i'm getting results with 500mg before meals. Remember, however, it's ONLY an aid.

Pills don't work. Reduced calories and exercise works. Don't waste your money on pills.
