I prefer evenings, it fits well in my schedule. 5:15am, wake up, freshen up, drive to gym for it opening @ 6:30. Spend 90 mins 6:45pm, arrive home, catch up with OH, eat dinner, let it settle, 30DS @ 8:30, shower and back on sofa for 9:05pm with a cup of tea :-) Yes, I'm having a bit of a 'details' day!

I'm 5ft 9" Started 196, currently 175, targeting 150 ... reset from target of 154. Changed it as my weight does (and always has) fluctuated. UGH!!! to jump rope. Trying knee straps tonight to see if I can get through those and butt kicks, else I'll have to replace them with something else. Weirdly I don't have issues with jumping jacks *confused* Anyone else considering replacing the bits that you struggle with the most?
