Has anyone moved to level 2 before doing 10 days at level one? Im on day 8 level 1 (but haven't actually done it today yet) and was thinking about moving up to level 2 today.

I don't really have a set diet plan...I try not to eat any sweets, crisps, chocolate, cakes etc and try avoid processed foods. But since cutting crisps out (I used to eat around 2 packets a day), I have started eating more fruit.

I'm not planning on any rest days...im going for 30 days straight.

I'm on day 2 and i'm in some serious pain today! Has anyone done 30DS without eating healthy at the same time? Did you still get results?
