  • I used to snack when I was bored. I don't buy the junk anymore so if I feel the need... I grab a glass of water first and then if all else fails I have healthy snacks as my backup. I plan my food day and eat 4-5 times a day smaller meals so I don't get hungry. Good luck!!
  • I have been hyperthyroid since 1999 and on medication.....lost 35lbs in 2006 and have kept it off. I tried to eat healthy with...30% protein 30% fat and 40% carbs when I lost it. To me your protein seems low and maybe your calories are too low if you are exercising everyday...do you add in your exercise? Not sure what your…
  • Congrats on your 2 weeks a with out Coke!! I totally get it... I couldn't go without a Coke either...not diet but I drank regular Coke. My hubby and I were going to quit at the same time but I couldn't do it...it took me another 3 weeks to quit and that was almost 7 years ago......so you are on your way! Good luck!

  • Congrats on your 3lbs.....Keep it up!! Just keep tracking and find foods that you like that are healthy that can replace some of the unhealthy ones.....it will become a habit and make a huge difference in the long run. Good luck!

  • I wouldn't eat them all back.....just remember you need a 500 calorie deficit a day to lose 1 lb a week.....either through cutting calories or with exercise.
  • Don't do any program that will sabatoge your metabolism. I lost 30lbs over 6 years ago and have kept that weight off by doing a program that had me eating 1500 balanced calories a day, protected my muscle, kept my metabolism strong and was healthy...plus I felt good. Your body needs good nutrition to work properly!

  • I ate 1400-1500 when I lost my weight.
  • Way to stick with it!! You can add me. I am looking for postive, supportive people also that can help each other get healthier. Especially us ladies 40+. Have a good one!
  • Hi there, I am also over my sugar and just eating healthy...I think the sugar is off...I used a different tracking program years ago and the sugar was fine.....seems the protein is a little low from what I used before too. I wouldn't worry about it too much if you are eating healthy foods..... Good luck!!
  • Hi there, You sound like me.....afraid I couldn't do it. But I did...lost 19 lbs in 12 weeks and a total of 35. You can do it too!! 1 day at a time and have an eating plan. What is the prize at work? Good luck to you!!
  • I was about your size and lost 35lbs 6 years ago. I was eating between 1350-1450 calories a day when I lost my weight. Eating too little and your body will go into starvation mode and try to hold onto fat. I would never go below 1200 but make it balanced...healthy carbs, proteins and fats. Good luck!
  • You can add me.....For me I needed an eating plan for the day and I would figure it out a day ahead of time and stick to that. I also had a plan for if I felt the need to eat something (usually it was boredom and not being hungry) I would find myself in the kitchen looking in the cupboards and I would tell my self no and…
  • Looking for friends too and love being able to give postive support back. Add me!!
  • Hi there, Feel free to add me and good luck!!
  • Just keep track of everything. It can really be an eye opener as to how many calories are in certain foods and you will learn to make healthier choices. GoodLuck!!
  • Great job on losing all that weight!! I totally get that......I lost 35 pounds and have kept that weight off for awhile now and still at times feel like I don't look better so when that happens I take out some of the clothes I wore before to remind myself how far I've come. Hang in there!
