  • 1-2 small avocados black skin, 1/4 red chilli ,salt,1 garlic clove, 1/2 small lemon juice, it stays fresh 2 days. I wouldnt let myself have more than 350 kcal from the Guacamole a day because of the other vitamins ect your body needs.
  • Carbs are fine it depends how you feel on them. At the end of the day as long as your kcal intake is at your max you should be fine. I find that if i eat alot of carby meals (breads and pastas) then i feel hungry soon after even tho i shouldnt.
