I think V8 juice (the tomato kind) works best. Doesn't necessarily "cure" the problem but does make it bearable rather quickly. Give it whirl!

Thank you very much! The marathons/training are so addicting! They are so much fun! Good thing cuz I needed some motivation to get off the couch. Plus you see LOTS of other people that are in WAY BETTER shape and that's great motivation too!

I love the 30 day shred. There are 3 different workouts depending on your fitness level. They work and are a sure good way to get in better shape and lose some lbs. I'm just bored with it.

Case in point...the skinny jean. I can't tell you how many people wear them that shouldn't. Just because you "fit" into something doesn't mean you should sport it in public. However, be the bigger person even if she isn't. :-)

I'll usually eat a nutrigrain bar or something like it to hold me over until the workout is done. I personally can't drink alot of fluid before a workout as it just sloshes around in my stomach. You don't have to go to a gym to workout. I used to think this way also but I was missing meals with the family and good ole quality time. I think Mexican would be the better choice. You can skip the tortillas and rice.
