I got the Insanity videos about 3 months ago. I did ok but for only about a month or so. My biggest problem was the soreness and being able to do the next video the next day. This then prevented me to keep on track with the programs calendar thus causing me to get discouraged and stop it altogether. Now I think I'm more mentally prepared for what's in store with the Insanity videos. However, does anyone have any tips on how to keep on track or how to deal with muscle soreness? Any info helps!
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a case of good old DOMS. Nothing you can do but make sure you stretch well and persevere. If you have to work less intensively on some days then so be it, but unless it's a genuine injury rather than soreness don't skip it. The only way to stop it happening is to stick it out and adapt.0

Hey again! For what it's worth, when I did Insanity back in 2010, after the first few workouts I was soo sore the next day (damn you DOMS) and didn't think it was possible to do another workout when I was THAT stiff. But once you make it through the warm-up (or this is how it was for me, anyway), your muscles got nice and warmed up and the stiffness kinda went away for the workout! Stick with it!0
