I am! I'll be your friend :)

I wonder if VS changed their leggings. I just got 2 pairs (during the buy a bra, get some pants sale) and they are really thick and have a pocket in the waistband that holds my phone! The bras are the best though. They can be a little expensive but if you have a coupon, they usually work for the sports bras too. And bonus…

And to the main question - I like C9 at Target, Old Navy's stuff is OK but I usually wait for a sale because I think its over priced when its not, and Wal-Mart's Danskin stuff isn't too bad either.

I always buy 1 box and freeze half of them but you can also just give them money. They then donate boxes to the military overseas or to other places like shelters and food banks. I think last year I ended up spending $100 on cookies and only buying one box. Having been a girl scout all through school and knowing how those…

I put a bag of tea in cold water sometimes - something fruity usually like berries or passion tea and it flavors it nicely - not super strong though. You could also look into getting a soda stream to make carbonated water & add a bit of fruit juice to it.

Here's what helped me break the habit about 4 years ago. (I still have fast food sometimes, sometimes you just need something fast, but its always planned and budgeted for) 1) I told myself I could have fast food as much as I wanted - But only if I walked there. I was in minnesota at the time and, while I lived less than a…

I moved to Charlotte for my boy about a year ago after dating for a year and we're getting married next spriing! NC is great! (ignore the politics) and see, you can know me now so you won't know only him. Problem.Solved. And if you're a steelers fan, there's plenty of those people here too (blegh! go packers!) so you'll…

its so irritating but I've found ways around it. Number one way is being specific with searches. If you want to add cooked pasta, add the word "cooked" to your search. Another is knowing the following: 3 teaspoons to a tablespoon, 4 tablespoons to a quarter cup. That makes it easier to manage the dumb measurements that get…

I dont believe you can share recipes, but if you put the recipe in and then make a food item and share it, they'll be able to see it and use it that way, just not edit the ingredients. Make sure your name is really specific (use you initials or something like that) so that the person you want to share it with will see it…

When my brother was a small child, he used to eat peanut butter and powdered sugar (kid wouldn't eat anything so he got what he would) I like cottage cheese and tuna with hot sauce!

One thing you could do is do lighter workout until you get your diet aspect figured out. Also - NUTS! Calorie dense but they're small so you can easily pack away 200 calories even if you're "not hungry" (also nut butters, all natural ones, don't get reduced fat/calorie, they're not good for you) You could also try Luna…

I've noticed that people here, as much as they pretend not to sometimes, fall victim to the diet/fitness fads. Less cardio must be a new one. I do cardio almost every day and lift every other or so (or do circuits that combine them). The heart is a muscle too, right? I'd almost rather have a wussy body figure and a healthy…

Yes, go to a running shoe store, they'll look at your feet and show you what's going to work for you with the way you run. You'll pay a bit more, but the shoes will last a long time if you take care of them and you wont need to replace them because they hurt your feet.

I love it too! I add honey and some banana and have it for breakfast.

make a big ol salad and put your selected meat on top roasting veggies is also very, very good. I roast brussel sprouts in my blog: http://bonafidepotluck.blogspot.com/2011/10/roasted-brussel-sprouts.html try them with that meat! mmmm you could roast just about any veggie that way

There's a new branch of a chain gym opening up nearby so I checked out its webpage (looking for a new gym possibly, its getting cold and dark!) .... .... apparently every monday night there's a pizza party that they serve "hundreds of pizzas" at. *sigh*

I love tuna with cottage cheese and a chopped up tomato. Sometimes I have crackers with it. I usually use the sunkist tuna sensations flavored tunas for a little more added flavor but regular tuna is great too.

A can of Cheerwine (delicious regional soda). Not only was it soda, but it was regular soda. I don't feel too bad about it because I've got a surplus of calories for the day and nothing to really snack on to use the calories and I RARELY have regular soda/soda at all. But still. And it was soooooooo tasty! :)

Babysitter's Club, Nancy Drew, the Boxcar Children, and sweet valley twins are all great series, but they could be a bit dated since I read them when I was a kid....Well, Nancy Drew is never out of date in my opinion!

I'm not vegan, but my friend is and he has a blog! http://micahludeke.blogspot.com/

I used to be a member of anytime fitness and I loved it! All the staff and people there were great. I only left because I moved and the closest one was 30 minutes away :( The best thing about them was that you can go to any club anywhere - great for people who travel or want to go to a different gym after work or something.

A psychology professor once told me (and I've read articles as well) that cravings are your body's way of telling you that you need something. Craving for sugar/fat are common because in hunter/gatherer times, those types of foods were rare but also gave you an energy boost that was needed. Now they are very common but the…

Focusing on school and making good grades is just as important as a diet so don't worry too much if more of your time goes towards that. Focus your "diet" on simply maintaining/not gaining and making healthy food choices. Healthy food will help fuel your brain and body and therefore help you with school. If you need to fit…

sometimes i bake them just like a regular potato and then put a little bit of butter & cinnamon sugar/brown sugar on them (yum) you can also slice them very thin (like potato chip thin) and spray with cooking spray and bake in a hot oven on a cookie sheet to make sweet potato chips (watch them for cooking time) I also make…

I was there once, I know how it feels. But 57 lbs...that's no small accomplishment, think of how many people CAN'T say they've done that. I also know how it feels to not feel like you look like you've lost any weight, you almost feel like you could get to your goal and stay the same. But then one morning, you'll wake up…

I usually do (most) of it for the whole week. I grocery shop once a week so all the meals are planned anyways. I obviously have to make some changes but for the most part, by sunday the week is planned and logged

I just pre-plan any treats and workout accordingly, but I don't do it every weekend. For example, last weekend, the BF and I wanted biscuits and gravy for breakfast, so we planned to go out hiking that day so we got our treat, a great workout and came out a ton of calories ahead.

quesadillas! mmm...
