My bad it's actually a New Balance HRT? fit Heart Rate Monitor watch.

I have the same problem too. My HRM watch indicated I burn 758 calories in 45 minutes. While on the Eliptical Machine stated I burned 286 calories. I'm just a little confused, if anyone can help and let me know which is more accurate I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance :happy:

I do the same thing too with the Elliptical!!! By the time i know i'm done with my workout and go to the next one :)

I LOVE GRAPEFRUIT TOO, BUT I DONT LIKE TO EAT HALF IN THE MORNING. I EAT THE WHOLE GRAPEFRUIT :)

That definitely sounds way better.. usually my breakfast is egg whites with one slice of ham with one whole wheat toast.

very embarrassed to say this but i've eaten like 3 1/2 McDoubles from McDonalds with and order of Med Fries...Thank God that was a long time ago and now my eating habits are way different and better..

i've noticed when i go to the gym in the morning i lose more calories in 45mins. with a heart rate between 170-178. But when i got at night's to the gym i lose less calories in 45 mins. with a heart rate between 190-198. Would i be doing something wrong??

Dont let her negativity get to you. All it seems that she obviously likes the results your getting, how you go to the gym and have a trainer, but doesn't like the $$$ your payment.
