  • Hi! I am just now seeing your post. I have had thyroid issues and adrenal issues for 25 yrs. I turn 40 in June and would love to lose the weight I gained w/ my last pregnancy which was 3 years ago!!!   • I am doing it every weekday morning with 3 lb weights, is good enough to fatigue my muscle, but not too tough that I can't finish the workout, I tried 1 lb this morning and it was too light, 5 lbs is probably too heavy if you plan to do it every day, keep up the good work!!!
