I work three nights in a row. I don't have my meals named. I just have one big category that I call food. I log 12am to 12am. Yeah, I have the same issues as you.

I gave up milk after drinking it for almost 50 yrs. I loved it but I love the fact that unsweetened almond milk has 1/3 the cals and almost twice the calcium.
