I am a home care nurse and can pick and choose who I care for. Like I said in an above post, I've known too many of us who have been injured caring for overweight patients. I will not accept an overweight patient. This is my livelihood and I can't risk it.

My dad was a vet for 40 yrs in Michigan. As a kid/teen I'd observe dozens of different procedures. Common thing up there is Porcupine quills. I also used to bring home puppy dog tails when I was little.

I am a home care nurse for patients with trachs/vents. I work 3 12 hr shifts (7p-7a) weekly.

Yes, there are a number of us here that have lost without exercise. I lost about 20 lbs total. I needed to get my intake under control before I added exercise to the mix. All you have to do is create a deficit.

Or two hardboiled eggs with any kind of mustard. Hardboiled eggs save you the butter calories. Mustard is very low or non-existant in calories. Eggs fill you up for a long time.

Special K with red berries or Fiber One chocolate squares cereal. For milk I use 30 calorie unsweetened almond milk. I made the transition from 2% cows milk last year. Saves me quite a few calories over the period of one year and frees up my caloric allowance just a bit.
