I agree that the actual act of counting calories/portioning like a person with OCD is addicting. However, you can see it's use. It's with the vegetables as a whole squash. You boil or bake it, then take a fork and make the "noodles". It's yummy. A bit time consuming though. I've also tried zucchini noodles which are quicker.

I agree with the above post. You need to find some kind of balance between enjoying your exercise and meals but also doing what you need to do. Believe it or not, once you get there, you'll look forward to exercising and feel good about turning down a meal out at restaurant that you know you'll just feel awful about later.…
