Congrats on your 30 lbs lost!

    I started at about 230:

And this is me at 175 last month (sorry for crazy mirror face... it was early):

Don't give up! It took me 3 years to lose my weight, and I had a baby during that time too. It's not a race. Just do what you have to do to change your life.

Here's my 50 lb success story. I'm about 10 lbs lighter now: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1135120-50-lbs-lost-lots-of-pics

I started at 217 almost a year ago & am now 156-157. I took a break & ate at maintenance over the holiday. Now I'm buckling back down to lose the last 10 pounds. I use the TDEE-deficit method & love it. I get to eat way more than MFP gave, plus I eat a lot of protein (1 gm/pound lean body mass). The protein intake plus resistance training, mean I've lost 95% fat (58-59 pounds) and only 2-3 pounds of lean body mass.

I started at 245 (highest 280). Current weight 160 but goal is 155 ish. Just had a tummy tuck so swollen!!! Pics on my profile :)

Time is going to pass anyways so do something with it -- you won't regret it. Good luck

I strted at 208, when I actually weighed myself, I think I was a little more though. I've lost 22lbs since the end of October. The first pic is after -20lbs, the second was where I started.

I started at 212, that is what I weighed a month before I started working out and exercising anyway, I could have weighed 215. Now 5 and a half months later and I am down to 156 lbs, my goal is to be 130 lbs by some time this summer. But the weight loss isn't my favorite part. I went from not being able to have the energy to play with the kids and keep up with chores, to now having the energy to do those things and my exercise routine. I used the C25K program, which I just completed :) now I run 30 minutes every other day and the other day I do 15 minutes. I couldn't run 10 minutes without wanting to fall out before. My blood pressure went from around 133/88 or above, to now 91/70. Taking care of my family is my mtivation, you can see from my profile pic my other motivation (beach bodies to compare to).

I don't have before any after pics at the moment but I started at 214.6 lbs back in March 2013. I am currently at 156.2 and am aiming for 155, maybe 150. I don't know if I will hit my original goal of 145 lbs (my normal weight back in high school) as I am lifting heavy weights now.

Add me if you like and I will help you on your journey as I am on here daily. Congrats on the 30 lbs loss so far :flowerforyou:
  • You have come so far... Don't you dare give up!

I started at 231 in May 2013 and weighed in at 167 lbs December 31, 2013. I've lost 64 lbs in 8 months but plan to get to 140 lbs as an UGW. Feel free to add me!
