My Personal Trainer encourages it. One cheat meal a week - normally at the weeked - I'll get a chinese/Indian or pizza - I find it helps me stay on track as I do be good for the rest of the week then. I do a lot of excercise so I feel like I derserve a treat :) Everyone is different but it works for me :drinker:

It could be a B12 defficiency - I have it and when I don't take the tablets I could sleep around the clock - ask your doctor to check it out. It's quite common a lot of women I know have it. Make sure you are eating enough also - you don't want to burn out :explode:

It could be a B12 difficiency, I was the exact same and got my bloods done and that's what I have. you could either get injections every month or get a B12 supplement from the Chemist and take a double dose - that's what my doc advised me to do - hope this helps!!

I'm in the same boat - had a bad week last week and put 2lbs back on :( but I'm over it and back on track now :) I'm 29 and heading to Vegas in December just befroe i turn 30 and would LOVE to be at my goal by then (155lbs) :drinker: Best of luck with it all :flowerforyou:

I am the same! I think 160 is where I am happy ( I would be a UK 10 -12 at this weight) - I am currently 174 - Started at 182. Getting there slowly but surely!

Day 12 finished today - Level 2. Mscaramarie you are right about those squat thrusts - HATE THEM -not a big fan of the lunges is this level either but im persevering through! I'm just hopeing they get a bit easier!
