Us fat people have tons of stored fat, we dont have to eat fat because athletes do............The rules are different for us.........If you cant wash peanut butter off a spoon, how do you think our arteries do it? Just a question.........

Watch the snacking............ 3 potato chips here..........1 brownie there.........it all adds up fast! Stay away from sweet drinks........diet or otherwise..........

Absolutely proof positive that parents are asleep at the wheel! omfg..........for real????????? I have a daughter and she is in sports 5 days a week, so she has self esteem and doesnt rely on boys for that. Get off your cellphones and do some parenting people!

Really watch sodium and sugars.................thats where you can really hold onto the weight. also............ are you eating many small meals throughout the day? Portion control is number 1! stay away from all drinks other than water.....add fresh lemon to make it delicious! drink 4 cups 15 mins before u usually get hungry and you will be amazed at how your appetite will shrink. ive lost almost 7 pounds already and im still eating foods i love.....just way less of them. keep us…
