I have done the pyramid workout from Pinterest that supposedly burns 300 calories, but I'm not sure if that's accurate or not. A lot of evenings I will do leg lifts, squats, push ups, etc, while watching tV but not sure I do it long enough to make a difference.

I haven't lost a lot with MPF but when I first joined I had my calories at around 1500, trying to lose 2 lb per week. Most days I went over the 1500 (I love food). I quit for a while, then rejoined and changed to 1 lb per week. Now I can have like 1800/day. This totally works for me, because it's a mental thing. I have…

You can add me! I weight a little more than you but not much so maybe we can lose it together!! I used to do WW but haven't for a while, wanted to try MFP because it doesn't cost anything and I've lost by counting calories before.

I can't answer your question, but I noticed with WW that I was obsessed with what I could & couldn't eat so I wouldn't go over points, and that just doesnt work for me. Somehow just counting calories is easier for me.

I just joined MFP a couple days ago. Add me if you want :happy: I've been loading up on water - when I feel the need for cookies/candy/other junk, I've been forcing myself to drink water. So I've also been in the bathroom a lot more! I have a 24 oz insulated cup with a straw and I probably fill it 3-4 times a day.

Having a hard time staying within my calories, seems like a low number. But if I am not even over by 500 I'm probably doing pretty good, especially for the first couple days, right? Need some good ideas for healthy snacks, cause I NEED my evening snack!
