Hey I would say try again but don't eat back your exercise calories at all... The calories burned estimates on MFP are way off the Mark. Stick with it and best of luck!

I'm eating a high protein diet and under-eating happens all the time as I'm just not usually that hungry anymore... Not causing me any trouble yet :)

What a s***tbag!!! I know it sounds trite but you are so so much better off without someone like him. You'll probably be so much happier in the long run without him and that by itself will help you lose weight! 2012 will be a better year for you than 2011 :)

That Minnesota study was done using men who started out at a healthy weight so I don't really thing you can say that the same sorts of responses would occur in the bodies of obese people (like me). I want to be able to go on holiday this summer and really enjoy it. Pfffff it's not really about a bikini... I have an hourglass shape so a one piece is lovely when I'm slimmer. I remember reading that chilli has been shown to boost metabolism in studies but you would need to eat an unpleasant amount of chilli to reproduce the results in your body... Best of luck with the weight loss :)

Hello, it's great to find other people on the dukan diet to talk to :) Just finished attack yesterday and so far I'm down 7 lbs... HAPPY! Thats better than I ever managed on my first week of weight watchers. Now I must just add in some excersise... Good luck everyone!
