  • I turned 40 in January and while it wasn't the calalyst for my weight loss, it sure did feel good when my girlfriends from grade school and I went on vacation together to the Dominican Republic to celebrate our 40th birthdays and I was completely comfortable in a bathingsuit...A year ago I never would have even considered…
  • 3 light beers and a glass of champagne
  • I "gained" a couple pounds, but it's likely just water. I'm sure it'll be gone before the end of the week after I'm back on my normal eating routine. I'm not at all concerned.
  • Not that day...I'll be too busy enjoying the day with family, but like Thanksgiving, I'll probably put the gist in on the day after just to get a ballpark. I'm not sweating it though.
  • I'm not on a "diet" so I eat/drink whatever I want in moderation. That is the main reason for my success, I don't feel deprived and have no urge to fall off any wagon. 8-)
  • I'm going to Italy in September and I fully intend to indulge in their food (eat whatever I want until I'm full but not stuffed to the gills) without worrying about it. It's my once in a lifetime trip and I'm going to enjoy every second of it! I'll be waaaaay more active there than I am here, so I'm not concerned.
  • I'm 5'5 but I have a large frame so I would look emaciated at 125. My current goal is 145-150 and I'll re-evaluate at that time. If I'm not happy with how I look when I get there I'll go another 10 and then evaluate again.
  • I'll never give up chocolate so to get my fix, I keep the small York Peppermint patties in the house. I have one almost every evening. Only 50 cals and 1g of fat. It works out great for me. I will also occasionally have a weight watcher's chocolate raspberry bar if I have a few extra cals to consume. Fruit is another…
  • Ditto. This is why this is the first "Diet" that has worked for me. I eat whatever I want in moderation so there isn't that craving that I had in the past when I deprived myself, which ultimately caused me to fall off the wagon and gain more weight back. I'm inherently eating healthier food as well, although I don't freak…
  • I went over. Didn't bother tracking everything, but I'm sure it was by a lot. I've made the decision to be healthier, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to enjoy myself occasionally.
  • Vitaminwater Zero would be a good choice. No calories, <1g sugar. My favorite is Rise (orange), but the go-go (mixed berry) and squeezed (lemonade) are good too.
