  • RUNNING MAN!!!! lol I just finished week 1 and can now do it without have to pause and restart....that cardio circuit is the longest 2 minutes of my day! :) haha
  • I completed 30DS and am currently doing RI30 and 6W6P. I bought 1 week shred. I tried it twice. It is INTENSE. I don't think I can handle 2 workouts/day yet. But I have done both the AM and PM workouts. I thought I was going to die! But in a good way! :)

  • I will! :) I just finished day 10 of workout 1 last night. I don't do it every day tho bc i am doing RI30 too. I rotate them. And when it is nice out, I will walk/run. I workout anywhere from 3-5 days/week depending on how busy my days are.
  • I agree with doing 30DS first. I am still on week 1 of RI30 but already feel stronger. i am 2 weeks into 6W6P...i LOVE this video! :)

  • I just finished 30DS and started RI30 yesterday. I LOVE IT! I'm so glad I did 30DS first tho. :) I am going to do each week 6xs. I've got a rotation going on with RI30, 6W6P, Yoga Meltdown, and Beachbody's Brazil Butt Lift BUM BUM. :)

  • brazil butt lift is series from beachbody a few years ago. I only use the bum bum & high and tight DVDs. the others are cardio, abs, and toning....I'd rather use Jillian for that. :) I don't know how much I will get to workout this week tho. I am in the process of relocating to IN and have been down there a lot of the past…

  • finished week 1! I really like this DVD :) I was just trying to figure out when I started Jillian Michaels DVDs...all I can say is I notice a change! Not only in my endurance level but in my reflection in the mirror! I'm pretty sure she is the reason for the weight loss more than the reduced calorie intake :)

  • this happened to me last month. i ended up only losing 2lbs in Feb. But the plateau must be over because i am losing again in March! Just keep at it! :)

  • i did it today but i couldn't use weights or do any of the plank stuff bc i hurt my shoulder earlier in the week! :( but i did get all the ab & leg work in! good luck! :)
