i started today...are you still doing it?

I am starting Body Revolution back up tomorrow. Was out for a few months with my knee and back. So excited to be back!
-
Good Luck! Hope you enjoy it. I only finished week 1 then got a knee injury. I just went back to BR to easy back into the crazy plyo. Once I finish up phase 2 & 3 again of BR, I will begin bodyshred again.
-
Here are my results from body revolution: -10 lbs chest: -1.5" waist: -1.5" Hips: -1.75" Thigh: -1.5" Arm: -0.5"

funny you mention doing it 3-4 times a week. I was doing it 6 days a week but a knee injury set me back. I was just thinking I was going to restart and do every other day to give my body time to recover. There is a lot of plyo in it. Thanks @tinananan7 for your post!

I will have to keep that in mind. I always find the back workouts easier than the fronts.
-
I love this workout and I do like her 3-2-1 format also. I saw great results on body revolution. Body Shred will probably give better ones! I finished week 1 and felt great. I hurt my knee running so right now no JM. I am SO sad. Can't wait to start BS back up again!
-
I love Jillian too!!! :) Started week 2 yesterday.
-
YES!! I had a 240 cal Milky Way and it was 13 points...almost 1/2 my day! So if I ate 2, my calorie count for the day would be 480, but 26 smart point...almost the entire's day worth. This is why weight watchers is a fail! I was thinking today, that if it really did work, why do they keep changing the point system??
-
I agree! I was in the same boat. I got some really great friends on here now. :) Feel free to add me!
-
good idea! I will get those window sills cleaned!
-
I will do this! :)
-
Thanks for the update rosey35! :) I finished up week 1 Saturday but hurt my knee Sunday. There is a lot of plyo in this vs her other workouts and I think that is what did it. I hope it heals quick so I can start week 2 soon! :)
-
I agree. WW was good for me 10 years ago. But MFP works way better for me now. The new system is making healthy food too high in points in my opinion. Honestly what are you supposed to eat on it now???
-
submitted my form and ready to go! :)
-
I think body shred is a step above body revolution. I like it so far...
-
I just finished week 1. I really like this program....so far ;)
-
The only beach body workout I ever did was the first p90x. It was way too long and then I switched to JM and have never looked back :)
-
not a vegetarian but I have been consistently working out. I usually do one of Jillian Michael's DVDs. Just finished up Body Revolution and moved on to BodyShred. I would love to have motivating friends to get these last 15 lbs off! you can add me. :)
-
I like it so far. Nothing is impossible! :) Have you done her body revolution yet? I would say it is a step up from there...it's more intense. Sorta like body revolution on redbull. :) lol
-
I don't have a picture specifically from 30DS, but I can tell you the Jillian Michaels workouts work! And I love that they are only 30 min long! I started with 30DS twice, moved to RI30, then Body Revolution. I just started bodyshred this week. Here are my results: 5'7" -34 lbs chest: -3.5" waist: -7.5" !!! hips: -3.75"…
-
What a great challenge! I sit all day at work...this will be a nice thing to do! :)
-
I agree! It is not teaching you anything about nutrition.
-
5'7" I started at 203 and was a very very tight 16 (an 18 in denial) I've lost 30-35 lbs (depending on the day) and in an 11! :) I love my curves but definitely like them smaller.
-
THIS! I used weight watchers 10 years ago to get some weight off. It worked great. My friend had mentioned to me on how she signed up and lost 10 lbs in less than a month. I thought why not give it a try again to get the last 15 off...total waste of $20! :( Not only is their food database weak, the app sucks. And to log…
-
Hi I would like to join too! I get married May 21st!! :) So that is my motivation :) I want to lose 15 more lbs. (I have been at a plateau since the beginning of February) I've lost 35 over the past 2 years. I lose weight slow. I try to eat about 1600 cals/day & I do DVD workouts 5-6 days/week.

coconut water & cauliflower...not together.
-
NWI here too! Grew up in Chi suburbs. :)
-
No I am streching before and after the warm up and cool downs. I will that next time! thanks :)

Finished w4d1 today...weather was nice. :) I am struggling with my calves as I increase run times. I wore tall heels for too many years and they shortened up. Any recommendations?
