Guess if I don't lose anything this week, I will bump up my intake to lose! it sounds crazy but it may just work!

Im 5"7", 188lb & use a HRM to track it...I burn about 240 cal per workout.

obviously i eat because i am on here! I don't restrict anything but do practice moderation...otherwise i would down a box of frosted flakes followed a large blizzard every day! add me if you'd like :) I am at 1570 cal/day right now and wish it could be 2500! ;) I've been on here for just over 70 days and i'm down 13lbs.

HCG!!! after 2 days of taking the drops, I had to go to the ER because I had HUGE (like the size of my hand) hives on my hips. My legs and fingers swelled up so bad I couldn't bend them!!

right after we get home from school/work. I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred while she is doing homework & since it is only 25 min long it fits perfectly into our after school/before dinner routine!

^^^^ everything she said! I've tried alot of different DVDs (p90x, insanity, brazil butt lift, yoga, harley pasternak, taebo) and this is the first one I actually see results with and i love it because the workouts are only 25 min long! :)

260 down to 105lbs...she doesn't look very healthy at all! And I'm pretty sure by the looks on the judges faces, they agree with me. looks like she's been starving herself since she left the ranch....there should be an unhealthy weight clause for winning the money!
