pretty much the same thing. I am 1/2 through W4. I notice clothes fitting better without following her meal plan. I am doing TDEE - 15% because I only have 12 lbs left to lose! :) I love JM! I have done alot of her videos and by far this is my fav! I have also tried Beachbody stuff and it is too hard on my joints.

i think 30DS is really hard on your shoulders! I use lighter weights for those moves. level 2 day 6 tonight!

it's called beginner shred. it is suppose to get you in shape for 30 day shred/ ripped in 30. I haven't worked out consistently in like 2 months. I needed to get me back in shape! :)

i am doing day 2 of week 2 tonight...it kills my shoulders too! i am only using 5lbs weights so far this week bc I don't want to hurt them. I am not a fan of this week tho and wish it was over already. haha

i did week 2 day 1 last night...i am not a fan of that cardio circuit either! i am not a fan of all the plank stuff either. I don't like all the shoulder stuff. I think that is why i liked week 1...it seem more leg focused. i just want this week over with! haha

push your butt back when you do the lunge, it will help with keeping the knee over the ankle. :)

Here are mine as of May 1st: age: 37 SW: 179 height 5'7" chest: 34.75" waist: 31.5" hips: 42.5" thigh: 20" I just finished week 1. I don't do it every day tho. I do rotate it with 6w6p.
