An hourly alarm would be an awesome idea if my office allowed that. But maybe a silent one and when I look at my phone it can be a reminder. Thank you for the tip.

It seems sometimes though that I work so many extra calories into my deficit. It seems unreal to eat that much food!

Do you have a link to a bigger picture of this I am having a hard time seeing it. Also, I do carry a bottle around I mostly forget it in my bags though or it just sits on my desk at work.
