  • Yes you can eat them. The reason I avoid canned foods as much as possible is because of the added salt and the BPA lining of the cans.
  • Almost anything with salmon, but usually salmon avocado hand roll. I also like the rolls that have the crunchy tempura pieces.
  • love avocados! I mash mine with lime, salt, finely chopped onion and some dried hot peppers and put it on toast. Soooooo gooood!
  • Of course we are all flawed. What I mean is that maybe some judge and expect things from their friends, that they themselves also don't provide.
  • Batman Returns
  • 3 super close ones and two that are good friends. It does make me wonder if the people who say that people suck, actually on some levels suck themselves and are just unaware of it?
  • Agree with another poster about making it more about vegetables. Banana and pineapple are both quite sweet. Berries overall are lower on sugar than pineapple for instance.
  • I find the cups also vague. I just measure the food and then google the calories of it on the internet. Then if it isn't here in grams or oz on this site, I just create it. Overall the cup measuring system is simply stupid. A cup of grapes will never be the same. Some will have more grapes then others. It may work for…
  • I find it shocking that most of the replies, except for one, point out the sodium. Yes the sodium is bad, but I find all the other non food stuff in it that completely puts me off that stuff. I think that they are THAT bad for you. And microwaving fake food in plastic just adds to it.
  • http://www.nytimes.com/2014/05/18/opinion/sunday/always-hungry-heres-why.html?_r=0 new article. Fat actually keeps you from being hungry. Carbs mess up your insulin levels.
  • A very firm believer of this:" A calorie from fat, carbohydrate, protein or alcohol are not close to the same. Each has a different effect on metabolic rate, hormones and satiety." Of course I don't want to track my calories every day for the rest of my life, but I do think it is especially useful for people who end up…
  • I actually would like it if the government or FDA would keep the companies more responsible of what ingredients they use to make the food. If you're of the mind set that it's a free country ( which is all relative), then the food industry might just as well be able to add legal pharmaceutical drugs into the food and just…
  • Once a week, but I completely ignore one week a month because the weight always goes up by about 3lb during that week. So overall I focus on the month.
  • I still consider in the junk food range, but if this approach works for you and gets you to eat more healthy then definitely go for it.
  • I know what you mean! I am also a LA Fitness member. Last night I there was a trainer training a girl and for the 15 min that I was with them in the same room, he just talked about himself and HIS goals. He would tell the girl" ok, now you'll do 20 side crunches", and then when she started he went on" ... so you know I've…
  • I have not read the other responses but it seems your diet relies on carbs and starches. Cereal ( carb) and raisins( sugar) does not keep me full either. Which is why I have eliminated it as a breakfast. Honestly, cereal to me is more of a treat/dessert. I think you need more protein and fiber from green vegetables. An egg…
  • I'll be the "meanie" and say that I think you went now towards another extreme. Losing weight, feeling good is great. But I think you honestly look too thin, and I rarely think that about people, even celebrities.
  • I joined fitocracy online. Been having a lot of fun with it.
  • Stretch marks form from GAINING weight fast, not from losing it. At least that has been my understanding.
  • I love this season. For some reason this is the time I have a much easier time losing weight. Usually my worst time is mid-end of summer. By this time I am back on track.
  • Most people here in the US call it a rest room. I thought that sounds odd too.
  • How busy are you keeping yourself? I eat much less on my busy days than on my off days. My friend's mother for instance volunteers at a hospital. By doing something you enjoy, you will kill two birds with one stone. Do something that makes you happy and keeps you busy, and keep you from being so bored that to pass the time…
  • It's not something I would eat. I try to have protein in the morning, and if not, then a complex carb, like Landsberg bread with some cream cheese and cucumber. Cereals are out for me, as are bagels, which I think are too high in sugar and simple carbs. Your lunch sounds fine. Dinner, also not something I would eat. Just…
  • I am just like you and have stopped following the ,6 small meals a day, or 8 small meals a day... or however much it is now. I am much less likely to overeat when I have 3 good meals a day. Sometimes it's even just two. I say do what works for you.
  • 180lb
  • Honestly no, but that is because I am at a point in my life where I just don't care what other people think in a basic situation like this where everyone sweats. If you honestly think about it, how does it really hurt you if someone thinks you're not so great looking while sweating? What do you really lose? Nothing. I'd…
  • I'm pretty sure that when they make the DVD it's not in one continuous shot( could be wrong though), but actually take breaks and have their make up reapplied and time to rest.
  • For some reason as a small image it looked like a monkey on a bike to me. I know it's nowhere near that. Was also one of those who thought you were a guy, until I went to your profile. I think it's the combo of a "monkey on bike" image and a nondescriptive user name.
