  • I looked at the Internet. Hummus comes from India and is made with chick Peas, they stated that some people say with garbanzo Beans. Both is Correct 1 TBSP is 25 calories and no Sugar. Think I may try it as Walmart has Hummus with different flavors.

  • I am 66 years old. But I would like to be your friend. It is a tough journey, I have some good days and there will always be a bad day. I love MFP because of all of the support and motivation . I have lost 17 pounds in 2 months, mainly doing my calorie goal and drinking lots of water. My only exercise is walking.

  • Please don't be Discouraged. I was as well when I first started. Have you thought about Wii Fit for Exercise. That is what I use. They have Aerobic Exercise, Yoga and other exercises.   • I love olives. But I am on Blood Pressure Medication so I have to limit my olives.

  • I don't track my sugar either. I track my sodium, Carbs and Fiber and Fat. Sugar is in all fruit and you do need fruits and vegetables per day. I have taken my sugar out, as I don't eat a lot of sugary items.

  • I cannot exercise either due to degenerative arthritis in my hip and back. Also bad knees. I stick to my diet and have found chair exercises on the internet that I do for 15 mins a day.
